Patie has been an industry leader in Southern Oregon since 1994. She is well known for her fierce capability, her positive and professional relationships with buyers and sellers from all over the world, and her comprehensive knowledge of the ever-changing market. In 2013 Patie formed The Patie Millen Group, a team of experienced professionals, to further enhance her clients’ real estate experience.

Patie personally oversees all client relationships and provides leadership for the business as a whole. She directs marketing and evaluates pricing, as well as writes and negotiates contracts. Her top priority is offering vanguard customer service, along with cutting edge marketing strategies and technology systems.

Rob is native to Southern Oregon and has extensive knowledge of both the area and the real estate market. He takes pride in introducing clients to the Rogue Valley, sharing an in-depth area overview, and showing clients carefully selected prospective homes. Rob was raised with his 6 brothers on a large Oregon cattle ranch – these boys know this part of the state inside and out. As a bonus to our clients, Rob can share the best backroads, fishing spots, and hidden sacred areas. He has many years’ experience in management, marketing, sales, and promotion. He is a champion drag racer and Rob also has the important role of being Patie’s husband.

With nearly 12 years of military service in the elite Army Airborne Rangers, 10 years operating his own businesses and experience in banking, Martin has proven to be dedicated and proficient at getting the job done at a high level. Martin brings strong business skills in marketing, customer service and finance to our team.

Martin was raised in Kansas City, Missouri and has lived and traveled to all corners of the world. After visiting Ashland and the Rogue Valley, he knew he had found his permanent home. Martin currently resides in downtown Ashland with his 6-year-old son. He enjoys real estate, spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking and is passionate about sports and volunteering in the community.

Concluding his experience as an Army Airborne Ranger Martin further demonstrated his diligence and completed language studies and attained his goal of becoming fluent in Arabic. Our clients love Martin and give him rave reviews every time.

Allie has been a broker with the Patie Millen Group since 2014. For several years Allie was our lead manager and client relationship administrator. She brings enthusiasm and a positive energy to all that she undertakes and it shows. She always receives rave reviews from our clients. Allie is service oriented and assists with property research and selection, in depth onsite reviews of properties for out of area buyers, showing homes and writing contracts. Her longevi- ty with our company allows Allie to fine tune and enhance our systems for greater success. As an active entrepreneur who thrives on creating and driving her online businesses, Allie utilizes those skills by enhancing the Patie Millen Group’s digital marketing presence.

Lori has been assisting Patie since 2001. Lori brings extensive real estate experience to the Team and can easily step into any role which is an enormous asset. Lori is the Team’s Listing & Escrow Manager and additionally Lori provides superior administrative support. Lori’s real estate background includes brokerage, escrow and listing management, marketing and graph- ic design. She has provided services to Realtors in Oregon, California and Washington since 1999. She is an essential member of the Team and brings her hilarious sense of humor to keep us all cheered on.
Managing Escrows and Listings is the core of the business. Managing each client’s transactions to a successful closing takes experience and skill. Patie works closely with Lori as we move through the process to a successful outcome. Contractual timelines must be impeccably ma aged. Timely and skillful coordination with escrow officers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, Realtors and repair professionals is essential. Lori is highly skilled and an excellent manager.
